cura is dedicated to providing collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the featured artwork, therefore there is no return policy for acquisitions.
if your works arrive damaged, please ensure to notify us within 10 days of delivery and our team will find a solution that best suits your needs.
my package is lost, what can i do ?

our works are all shipped unframed in order to ensure the security of the pieces in transit. should you wish to have framing specifications or help in ordering an appropriate frame, our team will be glad to assist you.
